Self-care is one of the most important routines for a survivor to learn. The possibilities for self-care are endless and unique for each person. Bless and Bloom focuses on teaching various methods of trauma-informed self-care, giving survivors and community members the opportunity to learn what best helps them. From jewelry making to flower arranging, and music therapy to yoga, Bless and Bloom strives to expose survivors to numerous avenues to explore. 

While some programming is limited to survivors and those who have experienced trauma, Bless and Bloom does offer special events for the public to explore self-care and learn more about violence about women. Check our events calendar for more information.
